A retro shopping street that has been loved by local residents and tourists.

The shopping street, which was born about 70 years ago, has more than 60 different types of shops lined up in a total length of 170m.

There are shops where you can eat delicious food such as soba, minced meat cutlet, sweet potato, and Mont Blanc.

Other souvenirs such as Japanese tableware, wind chimes, folding fans, Japanese tea, and konpeito are sold in large numbers.

There are also many shops that decorate for Halloween and decorate according to the season.

You may see cats while walking in the shopping district.

There are cat figurines, and cats are drawn on store signs and goodwill. If you’re lucky, you might even meet a real cat.

Donuts with a cat tail as a motif are also very popular. Each product has a cat name.
