Posted on November 13, 2020
Shinjuku station is known as the busiest railway station in the world. It is easy to get lost here, luckily the station staff can always help you. Most of your travel around Tokyo will start here, but there are also a lot of things to see and do around it!

First on our list will be the Tokyo Metropolitan government building observatory. The Tokyo Metropolitan has two towers and free observatories! You can also enjoy piano music here, or even play if you like, for doing that you will need to register in advance, 5 minutes per person.

Kabukicho. One of the most popular questions about this area is if it is safe. It is known as a red-light district of Japan, there are plenty of bars, nightclubs, love hotels, pachinko slot located there. It has a different atmosphere comparing to other parts of Tokyo, and it is better to be cautious of where you go, what you order, make sure that there aren’t any hidden fees.

Omoide yokocho is a famous alley in Shinjuku, packed with tiny bars, ramen, sushi, everything is relatively cheap here, which explains why it is so popular. It is always seasonally decorated which makes it a perfect spot for taking photos!
